Introducing the regulator

He is the Sheikh ,the  knower and  the expert / Thani  bin Mansour bin Rashid bin Mansour Al-Ali Al-Rashed Buainain Abdali AlDarmi Al Tamimi known as Sheikh Mansour, Born in the town of Al Wakra, Qatar, in 1333 and moved with some of his tribe to the town of ALainain ( AL-Jubail Currently in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) in the second migration in 1340 AH.

He was educated in the beginning with the help of his father Sheikh Mansour bin Rashid Al Buainain, then he went to Al-Ehsa’a seeking knowledge and studying the Fiqh of the four Doctrines in Al-Mubarak Family who has been popular in Al-Ehsa’a by being full of Islamic experts and scholars. Then he traveled to Mecca to complete his seek of knowledge.

He worked as a teacher in Al-Jubail  ALAmeriah school ;  the first public school in Jubail; since it was  opened in 1363 AH. By time and progress he  was appointed to be Undersecretary  of the school , then the was transferred to Dareen Primry school as The  Director of the school In 1369 , Then Director of AlKhalidiya Primary  School in Riyadh in 1371 AH.

Later he served as a legitimate adviser at the Ministry of Transport ((For the consideration of the ministry issues at the Sharia courts), Then General inspector of  the Religious Sciences at the  Ministry of Education , In addition for performing the general supervision of what is published and broadcast on the Saudi radio and television in terms of religion, language, history.

 He had a program of his own called (Words from glow) broadcasted every afternoon on Riyadh Radio and then re-introduced on TV .

​

He was The mosque orator in Riyadh airport until he died in the middle -of Thee AlHejjah , 1393 AH, he was raised in a house full of well-educated people,  as his grandfather Sheikh Rashid Bin Ali was in Al Wakra, Qatar, teaching Quran and Hadith ,he acted as a judge between people , solving their problems .He was Imam and Orator , and  has  the favor for expulsion of sorcerers who steal people's homes.

His father was Sheikh Mansour , the orator and imam in Jubail and the Jubail judge assistant.Then his brother Sheikh Mohammed bin Mansour, who was an imam in Jubail since he was youth till death .

Sheikh Thani has written a lot of poems in Eloquent Arabic focusing on  religious and national subjects, He also wrote poems in wisdom such as

كل إلى شرف العلياء ميّال                          لولا المشقة حفتها وأهوال

ولم ينلها سوى الشهم المهذب مَن        بالعلم في الناس قوّال وفعّال

​This says that: in spite the presence of many obstacles’ & Horrors in our lives, we keep seeking to reach highness and only the courageous & polite that says and does are the only to gain successes.

​

​He also wrote poetry in description & characterization as:

قد غردت فوق غصن الأيك مطربة         ونغمت بجميل الصوت أطيار

ألحان بشرٍ نواليها ونرسلها                   تحية كلها ود وإكبار

​

​Its about Birds chirruping over the brush with sweet soundings similar to music of composer full of amicability.   He said in a poem called (Palestine Cries ), one of his national poems :

He died in Riyadh in 1393 AH, leaving behind a treasure of  books  which mostly as poems’, such as  The doctrine of Ancestors  , Mountaha AlEradat Fe Feqh ALImam Mohammed Bin Hanbal and   The Bouquet of history our book . And A Divan/Diwan (collection of poems) entitled Spring Blossoms

And in the prose he has a book called Words from glow
