ولمْ يَكُنْ هذا حمِيْدَ المَسْلَـكِ

شُهُورٍ عَهْـدُهُ يَقِيْنَـاْ (3)
أَعْمَالُهُ إِذْ مَاتَ كَانَتْ حَسَنَهْ

زَانَاهُ لَوْلا بُخْلُهُ وجُبْنُهُ​

ثم هِشَامُ نجْلُ عبدِالمَلِـكِ وتِسْعُ عَشْرَةَ مِنَ السِّنِيْنَاْ مع خمس

و خمسونَ سَنَهْ وعمره (4)
والحِلْمُ والعِفَّةُ خُلُقَانِ لَهُ​

Reverse.

Engraved: "He is Allah, (the) One. "Allah-us-Samad (The Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need, He neither eats nor drinks). "He begets not, nor was He begotten.

Muhammad is the Messenger Who was sent with guidance and the religion of truth (Islam), that He may make it (Islam) superior over all religions, that though the unbelievers be averse.

(1) He is Hisham bin Abdul Malik bin Marwan I ibn Abi Aas bin Umayya bin Shams bin Abd mnav.

(2) He Succeeded the Caliphate according to the covenant of his brother Yazid in Friday the 26th of Sha’aban  in the year 105 a.h (ALBedaia w Alnehaia 9/351 ) (The completed History 4/370).

 

He died in the 6th Rabii’t u'l Akhir of the year 125a.h. (6th February 743). (The completed History 4/465).and said in the 6th  of Rabii’t u'l Awal of the year 125.a.h (ALBedaia w Alnehaia 9/354).

 

(3) He run as Caliphate for nineteen years, nine months and twenty one days .And said eighty months (The completed History 4/465). It is said also nineteen years seven months and eleven days, and was told to eight months and some Days and Allah knows (ALBedaia w Alnehaia 9/354).

 

(4) Ibn AlAthir said his age was fifty Five years old, and said he were fifty-six years old (The completed History 4/465).

 

Ibn AlKathir said he died, in age of fifty years and it was said that he exceeded sixty years old. Also Ibn AlKathir said when Hisham bin Abdul Malik died the kingdom of the Umayyad, was almost finished as well as AL-Jihad for the sake of Allah, and they as Muslims to be disordered and they remain so until Bani Abbas stripped their kingdom and benefaction as well as killing a lot of Umayyad and abstracted the Caliphate from them. As it will be mentioned later (ALBedaia w aLNehaia 9/354).
