وَسُبُلَ الصَّلاحِ فِيْهِ قَدْ سَلَكْ(3)

وَبَعْدَ تِسْعٍ وَثَلاثِينَ قَضَىْ(5)

فَالمُسْتَضِيْ بِأَمْرِ اللهِ قَدْ مَلَكْ

تِسْعُ سِنِينَ في الخِلافَةِ ارْتَقَىْ(4)

There is no diety except
(the one) God alone

-To God is the will before and after and on that day the believers shall rejoice in God's victory

Muhammad is the messenger of God. He sent him with guidance and the true religion to reveal it to all religions even if the polytheists abhor it.

(1) He is Abii Muhammad al Hasan bin yousif al Mustanjid bi'llah bin Muhammad ALMuktafi bin ALfadhl AlMustarshid bin Ahmid u'l Mustadhir Billah Abdullah AlMuktadi BiAmir Allaha bin Muhammad bin Abdullah alkaim biamir Allah bin Ahmid bin Jaafar almuqtadir bin ahmid almua’tadid bin Talha almuwafaq bin Jaafar almutawakil bin Muhammad almua’tasim ibn Harun ArRashid bin Muhammad almahdi bin ALMansur Alabbasi.

(2) He was acknowledged Caliph on the death of his father al Mustanjid bi'llah in Sunday morning the 9th of Rabii II ,566a.h.(albedaia w alnehaia 12/262) (the completed history 10/29) , In the year 575a.h died the Caliph al Mustadhi at the end of Shawwal .(albedaia w alnehaia 12/304)and some said in the 2nd of ALKa’ada (the completed history 10/97).

(3) Ibn Kathir said: he issued a proclamation remitting the taxation and removing tyrannical exactions, and he displayed a justice and generosity, the like of which we never before witnessed in our lives.(albedaia w alnehaia 12/304) .Ibn Al-Athir said :He was fair of good conduct ,and distributed large sums of money among people who lived in his reign secured . He was ever prodigal of wealth, holding it in no esteem; forbearing, sedate and compassionate.He was loving of the amnesty and forgiveness for sinners so he lived and died happy and in piece .a.h

The following was said about him:

" O Imam of good 'guidance, thou art raised upon the summit of munificence

with wealth and silver and gold.

Thou grantest lives and security of person and dost lavish provinces

within the space of an hour of a day.

For what then shall praise be given thee, who verily Hath exceeded the beneficence of seas and showers ; Verily thou art a standing miracle, confounding intellects and imaginations.

Thy noble nature has been fashioned of power and liberality Of water and of fire!

(4) His reign lasted for nine years, three months and seventeen days .(albedaia w alnehaia 12/304) and said (the completed history 10/97)
